This clinic is the best I have been to! very clean and professional, the staff are super friendly and respectful. I had my first Brazilian laser hair removal with Kayla, she is a sweetheart. Wasn’t shy at all, she made me feel very comfortable. I saw results after one session!! I will recommend this clinic to everyone I know.

I bought a great Groupon deal and had the IPL (photo facial) treatment done here for Rosacea and age spots. I could definitely see a difference on my rosacea cheeks after just one treatment and my spots are a bit lighter. The texture seems to have improved a bit as well. The staff are really nice. The owner took the time to explain everything, and also some products that would help my eyelids tighten up a bit. She is very professional and kind and caring. I would really recommend this place to anyone seeking medi spa treatments. Their prices are fair.All free parking as well. I plan to go again.

I finally decided to get rid of my underarm hair once and for all! I couldn't believe how fast the procedure was, and with very little discomfort?! Kayla walked me through the process, patiently and clearly, took her time to answer any questions and I was done before I knew it. I should have had this done YEARS ago! The office is nice, bright and clean with wonderful staff. Would definitely recommend them and their services👍

Beyond words on how to describe my experience at the Westend Laser Clinic. Pictures of my face are posted on this website, for you too see such a significant change with only 3 sessions. Westend Laser is my favourite medical spa in town! They offer a variety of services at prices that can't be beat. Margaret (owner) will assess your skin and recommend the treatment best for you and my skin can't thank her enough. I have also started using the Vivier skincare line available exclusively at Westend Laser and my skin has improved SO much. Finally, the staff are extremely professional and friendly making each experience enjoyable from start to finish! If you're looking for a medical spa in Ottawa, this one is the BEST!

I have gone here for a number of years. I started off doing bikini and armpit laser hair removal, followed by lower leg. The results are amazing and I am rarely shaving. I like to go once a year for a touch up and a catch up with the wonderful staff. Would recommend laser hair removal here for everyone. Super clean location and staff are professional and very knowledgeable!
